The new NIST WILEY 2017 combined mass spectral library is now available on the Metabolomics Virtual Machine:
For GCMS, It has 599,700 compounds and 775,500 spectra.
For LC-MS, it has ~130,300 compounds and 234,284 spectra.
The Metabolomics VM is an 8-core, 24GB RAM machine with MS-DIAL, Agilent MassHunter and Chemstation, AMDIS, NISTMS, MassOmics, R, Python, ChemOffice, ProFinder, and a variety of other related software.
